Responsibilities:
a) Assist the sales manager in market development and complete the sales task indicators issued by the sales manager;
B) be responsible for the information acquisition and inspection in the pre-sales stage, focus on and follow up the project situation in the responsible area, and ensure that all projects inquired by the back office have follow-up and feedback; Do a good job in the reporting of handling projects and authorize relevant internal and external communication matters.
c) Be responsible for customer visits in the pre-sales stage, formulate comprehensive customer visit plans, and do a good job in customer visit related work, including visit reports, travel applications, travel reimbursement, etc;
d) Field bidding work. Good bidding project docking, on-site bidding and other external communication work;
e) To manage and follow up the handling of projects/contract orders. Including business negotiation, contract signing, contract implementation and coordination, payment collection and other work, do a good job with the sales office work;
f) After-sales service. According to customer requirements, the implementation of the project training work, acceptance work, customer return visits, etc., timely response to customer demand for after-sales service, to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction.
g) Be responsible for customer relationship maintenance. Collect the information of potential customers and new customers, update the customer address book and customer files in a timely manner, establish and maintain customer relations, keep in touch with important customers, coordinate and deal with the relationship between relevant customers and business, and deal with customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
