1. Participate in the formulation of the company's sales strategy, sales plan and sales forecast;
2. Organize and manage the sales team to complete the company's product sales goals;
3. Control the balanced development of sales budget, sales expenses, sales scope and sales targets;
4. Recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating subordinate employees, and assisting subordinate employees to complete the assigned task indicators;
5. Collect various market information, and timely feedback to superiors and other relevant departments;
6. Participate in the formulation and improvement of sales policies, norms and systems, so as to continuously adapt to the development of the market;
7. Develop and collaborate with enterprises and partnerships, such as relationships with distributors and relationships with;
8 Have experience in fire protection, government, public security, emergency, and other industries;
9. Assist sales in project follow-up and project management to ensure the success rate of the project;
10. Properly handle customer complaints and receive customer visits.
Job Requirements:
