RHF-Ⅱ SFTCA Chemical Protective Clothing (Class Ⅱ)

Chemical protective clothing (class Ⅱ) is a semi enclosed, integrated, liquid-tight chemical protective clothing designed for professionals to wear in the workplace and emergency rescue work. It can provide protection against liquid and solid toxic and harmful substances. This protective clothing fabric has high strength and good wear resistance, and can effectively protect various common industrial chemicals, such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, etc. After washing, disinfection and evaluation, it can be reused. The product adopts ergonomic cutting and comes in five sizes to choose from (height range from 1.60m to 1.90m),providing good wearing comfort and flexibility. 

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS 

Overall performance

• Overall water leakage resistance: No leakage phenomenon after 20 minutes.

• The adhesion strength of strip is ≥ 0.78kN/m;

• Resistance to chemical penetration: 98% Sulfuric acid ≥ 240 min, 30% Hydrochloric acid ≥ 240 min, 60% Nitric acid ≥ 240 min, 40% Sodium hydroxide ≥ 240 min.

• Resistance to high temperature: After pretreatment at 125°C for 24 hours, the surface is not sticky or brittle.

• Cold resistance: After pretreatment at -25°C for 5 minutes and folding 180°, there are no surface destructive cracks.

• Quality: ≤ 5kg.

Fabric performance

• Tensile strength: ≥9kN/m.

• Tearing strength: ≥50N.

• Seam strength: ≥600N.

• Flame retardant properties: Flame burning time ≤10s, flameless burning time ≤10s, damage length ≤10cm.

Chemical protective gloves performance

• Puncture resistance ≥22N.

• Dexterity performance: Level 5.

Chemical protective boots performance

• Sole puncture resistance: ≥900N.

• Electrical insulation property: Puncture voltage ≥5000V, Leakage current < 3mA.

• Anti-smash performance: The clearance height after static pressure and impact tests is ≥15mm.

• Slip resistance: The starting slip angle ≥15°.
